Operations Fee

In order to supplement the tax revenue generated to fund the District’s operating costs and fulfill its maintenance responsibilities, the District has adopted the imposition of an Operations Fee. The Operations Fee is a recurring $47 per month fee that is collected quarterly ($141.00 per quarter). Additional information regarding the Operations Fee can be found on the Resolutions & Agreements page.
